Shop orders are shipped within Germany and the EU. Other destinations, including Switzerland and non-EU territories, require manual review of shipping prices and customs restrictions before payment is requested.
DHL within Germany
Tracked and insured: up to 2 kg (60 × 30 × 15 cm) for €6.19; up to 5, 10, 20 or 31.5 kg (120 × 60 × 60 cm) for €7.69, €10.49, €18.99 or €23.99.
DHL to the European Union
With tracking: up to 2 kg (60 × 30 × 15 cm) for €14.49; up to 5, 10, 20 or 30 kg (120 × 60 × 60 cm) for €17.49, €22.49, €28.49 or €45.49.
Price in the app
The Mobile Paketmarke in the Post & DHL App uses the same prices as Online Frankierung. The official rates were checked on 7 September 2026.
Parcel weight
Packaging adds 0.2 kg to goods up to 1.8 kg, 0.5 kg up to 4.5 kg, 0.7 kg up to 9.3 kg and 1 kg above that. The packed parcel must fit the displayed maximum size; no untracked service is offered.
Times and delivery

Damage and address
Customers must provide a correct address, inspect the parcel on delivery and promptly report damage with photos of the packaging and product.
